Join Us

We run / jog / walk every Sunday afternoon, including holidays... in any weather.
No prior application or joining fee required. We charge a nominal fee to cover transportation, soft drinks for the Down-Down and other sundries. Our valued sponsor, San Miguel, provides a limited amount of beer for the Down-Down

We meet every Sunday at 1pm for 1:30pm departure

Registration opens at 1pm. We meet at Hon Ru Ri, 1A Tran Phu, Vung Tau. Everyone is welcome, just turn up with your Run Fees and register. For large groups (5+) please contact us before your visit, if possible, so we can be sure to have adequate transportation and supplies to accommodate your group.
We depart at 1:30pm sharp. Please be there early to avoid disappointment. Out of respect for our members we do not wait for latecomers.

Where to find us

Hon Ru Ri is a prominent location in Vung Tau. 30 Meters to the east of the Ho May Park Cable Car Complex, it is also where the Hydrofoil from HCMC docks. If coming by taxi simply tell your driver "Hon Ru Ri" (pronounced as it is spelt)
Once you arrive at the entrance, head towards to the sea and you'll see us on the left in the open air restaurant. You can't miss us - we're the one's in the VTH3 T-Shirts

VTH3 is a not-for-profit "family Hash" for all ages and average fitness levels

It is assumed that everyone who joins us has sufficient awareness and common sense to avoid
injuries and/or damage to themselves and others including any children or older people in their company.
Please always respect local culture and residents, including their property.  Littering is a "sin"!
All Hash activities are at participants' own risk!
